Hello,
I am contacting you to make you aware of a recent planning application to change 233 The Vale into a C2 children care home. REF: 24/0651/FUL
I do not think this is the correct location for a children care home and I have objected on the Barnet website. If anyone in your association feels the same I would appreciate your support. Thank you.

I strongly object to the planning application for the erection of the Concrete Batching Plant at 400 Edgware Road, Cricklewood, London NW2 6ND.
The construction will be against the character of the area where NO heavy industry is
situated. The nature of the business will add a lot to the air pollution in the area. No substantial evidence has been provided for the environmental impact of the industry to the air quality in the area.
The height of the plant is enormous and the noise pollution generated by the operation of the plant in the area will be unbearable. The noise will be heard over a vast area.
The hazardous materials will be imported by road to the plant making the roads even more perilous.
The consultation period has been minimal to put forward the proposed development which is significant.

Good evening
Thank you for the invitation for the AGM on 25.11.19. Unfortunately, I will have to attend a course from 18.00-20.00 on that evening.
I would be intereted in hearing information on controlled parking zones. I live in Grampian Gardens off Hendon Way. There is no problem for parking in & around my street. I am not in favour of CPZ.

You may be interested to know that I reported a car that has been parked in Malvern Gardens with all 4 wheels on the pavement for one week to Barnet Council response team. The response was they were unable to help because Malvern gardens was not on the list of streets supplied to them to take enforcement action. Farcical. I wrote to Cllr Dean Cohen who as well as being our local councillor is also Chair of then Environment committee but no reply at all. I will remind him that local council elections are coming up!
